One-to-one Yoga & Meditation for Stress & Anxiety
If you’ve experienced anxiety or long-term stress you’ll know how debilitating it can be and the effects this can have on day to day life.
During this one-to-one support, you’ll have the opportunity to learn breathing techniques, yoga, meditation & restorative practices that work for you and help to re-balance the nervous system. I’ll help you develop your own personal practice, you can use this daily and whenever you need extra support.
We’ll work on creating new mental, physical and emotional habits so that you can slowly shift the feelings of being stuck or running on stress hormones and experience being calmer, centered and peaceful. Everyone is different and it’s important the practice is developed to suit your personal needs and circumstances.
You’ll leave with a personalized practice and clearer idea of what works for you. You’ll be clearer on what your boundaries are and have learnt some new thoughts, habits and behaviours that will continue to support your wellbeing.
This is a month long program.
We meet for 4 x one to one sessions, each session lasts 60 minute.
The sessions happen on skype/zoom, or in-person (in The Hunter Valley)
In between, you will have practices and processes to support you in managing your day to day life and integrating what you are learning. After completion you can choose to continue to practice on your own – you will receive a personalized practice that you can continue with – or you can sign up for another month with me.
If you do have any health conditions or are currently taking any medications then please also check with your doctor when applying for this program. The pre-worksheet will also go into more detail so that I can adapt any practices and choose exercises and meditations that are suitable.
$395 per month ($130 single session) **extra charge for in-person
How to book: Sessions can be booked via Paypal or Stripe, you can Book Here. After you have paid, you can schedule sessions onto my calendar Here where you’ll be able to choose available session times. If there are no suitable times available then contact me here to arrange a time that can work for us both.
You’ll be sent a pre-session worksheet so that we’re both clear about what you’d like from the sessions and are able to dive straight in during our time together.
How does it work online – do I need technical skills or special equipment?
You’ll need a computer and either skype or zoom for video calls (both are free) + an internet connection that works well enough for video calls. If you’re unsure technically, feel free to contact me and I’ll talk you through it.
What sort of space do I need to be in during the on-line session
You’ll want to feel comfortable and able to relax, lie down, sit and move around a little so a cafe or public space may be limiting for you depending on the session content. Contact me if you’re not sure.
What will the sessions involve?
This will be individual but we’ll focus on your purpose for the sessions and explore yoga, meditation, relaxation techniques and inquiries to help offer more insight into ways to manage stress or anxiety in your life and how you can best implement what you discover along the way.
What happens if I can’t make a session?
If you are unable to make your session please let me know within 24hrs. All sessions will be rescheduled within the program time frame where possible.
If there are no times available that work for you, let me know and I can see if there’s another suitable option for us both.
